Results so far

Wow, what a gorgeous Christmas we had at Robert's family home. They did all the family proud as usual and everyone ate and drank far too much, what is Christmas if you can't over indulge every once in a while, I hope you all had a lovely time too and got everything you wished for.

Just a quick hello and some news......

Never say never

Once again I have had to take a long break from this blog due to work and family commitments, but felt I had to add more to this blog and keep you informed in my quest to achieve my 5-a-day.
